When you use Day Ten Data, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Your name and email address, provided during signup via our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Payment information: Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, and session duration to help us improve the product.
• Watchlist data: The companies and lists you save within the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including your account and subscription.
• To send transactional emails: welcome messages, monthly data notifications, trial reminders, and billing confirmations.
• To improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns.
• To respond to support requests.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not share your email address with marketing partners.
• We do not track you across other websites.
• We do not use your watchlist or portfolio data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management.
• Stripe — Payment processing.
• Vercel — Frontend hosting.
• Fly.io — Backend hosting.
• Neon — Database hosting.
• Sentry — Error monitoring (captures technical errors, not personal data).
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon with encryption at rest. Backups are stored in Cloudflare R2 with encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data (watchlists, preferences) is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe. After 90 days, we may delete your account data. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a standard format.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens via Clerk). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
