By accessing or using Day Ten Data ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Day Ten Data is a subscription-based analytics platform that aggregates, scores, and visualizes monthly revenue data for companies listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx). Data is sourced from publicly available filings on the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) and the TWSE OpenAPI.

3. Not Investment Advice

The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Day Ten Data is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate and timely data, we make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Data is sourced from public filings and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Use the data at your own risk.

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price listed on our website.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@daytendata.com for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, or republish data from the Service without written permission.
Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond normal use of the platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The proprietary scoring algorithms, data visualizations, user interface, and analytical methodologies are the intellectual property of Day Ten Data. Raw financial data sourced from MOPS and TWSE is public information and is not claimed as proprietary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day Ten Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
